“Me and my boyfriend took a 4 days pass and everything was really amazing. The gym is very well furnished and the staff super helpful and kind. The bathroom and changing rooms are clean and furnished with everything (soap, shampoo, hair-blower). They also provide towels. Not too many people, absolute gem in Hanoi! 100% recommended! 😊”

Once you sign up for a day pass you get a free protein shake, bar, electrolyte drink ah water, plus a towel for showering afterwards. I will definitely be returning whilst I’m staying in Hanoi. “Mike has a fantastic gym! The layout is great, Cardio upstairs, free weights and machines downstairs. The view is great! Day passes that include a protein bar, protein shake, electrolytes, water and a towel, all for 320.000VND, we got a discount as we did 2 days so it came to 600.000VND. I would highly recommend 🙌”

“A fantastic gym with friendly and helpful owners - Zan and Manh. The gym has a great weights section with some modern/new pieces of equipment we’ve not seen before. And a smaller cardio section upstairs. My boyfriend is training for a hyrox and found he could get a decent session done here - only thing he couldn’t do was a sledge but doesn’t matter. We got the premium pass which was totally worth it - water and electrolyte drink for the session, finished with a hot shower and protein shake made for us and a protein bar 🤍”

“One of the best gyms in Hanoi. Amazing location with a great view, top-level service, and everything you need for serious training. They sell protein in all forms (shakes, bars, supplements), the space is large, well organized, and never feels crowded. Clean, modern, and very comfortable to work out in. Highly recommended. The people are the best in Vietnam 🫶🏼”
