“Above eleven is one of my favorite rooftops in the city. Me being a latina couldn’t resist to go and try the food: it’s Peruvian and Japanese. During the night I went I was able to meet the chef: Franklin. He is from Peru and he came to Cambodia to make sure this restaurant has the best ceviche in the country. No doubt. It’s delicious but not only the ceviche… all the dishes! And the dessert is great as well. This rooftop has two levels and a private area. Very comfortable, spacious and all the staff is just amazing! Thank you for having a little piece of Latin America in Cambodia!”

“Had a great time at one of the best rooftops in Phnom Penh! The food was delicious, as usual. This time I also got to try their superfood salad. I ordered it as a side dish but the portion turned out to be huge! Loved it though, a perfect amount of sauce, well-balanced fresh ingredients. For drinks my favorite is their signature cocktail Chilcano - try it out if you like sour taste. The view is just amazing, no additional comments needed. The service is always perfect, staff are attentive, quick and speak English well.”
