“Visa renewal was good. I was given 2 options both explained well in English and the correspondence also very clear. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees or added on expenses. The time-line was slightly longer than I expected but was still fairly quick. The one issue I did have was using uncertified courier for pickup and delivery. Had to go down to the lobby and found the driver wondering around in the parking lot. Dident have a clue what was going on and no English. Return driver left item at front desk where it was misplaced. IMHO important documents should be handled by certified courier. Picked up from clients room and returned to clients room. Although everything worked out it did cause me undue concern and stress. Overall satisfactory”
