I decided to relocate to Bangkok after my July 2025 birthday of living in the US for all of my 67 years. I contacted AP using the online form after reading good things about the company. A quick response put me in touch with Gun. We corresponded online while I sold my US house. Gun provided insightful advice about moving to Thailand. I got the proper documents and Thai phone number before my mid-September 2025 Bangkok arrival. I was able to establish my Thai bank account and Gun and I met soon after so we could visit a few rental condos together. We were scheduled to tour 5 units but I really liked the 2nd one. She walked me through signing the agreement, documenting the unit’s inventory and condition, visiting the condo Juristic office together, helping with utilities and internet service connection. I’ve been in the unit a few days and she promptly replies to any questions. I was a bit apprehensive about my move but AP and Gun provide amazing services, helping an old guy like me find and successfully move into a Bangkok condo.”
