What people say

“I found a new comfort spot😋 I had been looking for a natural yeast bakery near my home for a long time. This place opens early, starting at 7 a.m., and it hardly ever closes. At first, I didn't have any expectations at all. But I ended up loving even the matcha cookies that the owner gave out for free. I loved it so much that I went and bothered her to buy some, but she doesn't sell them. She was so nice that she just said, "Here are five more pieces for free!" She's so lovely! 😄 I think the pastries here have a perfectly balanced flavor that I enjoy. People who prefer things less sweet would probably like it. Speaking of their sourdough bread🍞, it is fermented and baked entirely in-house with no hybrid process. It's baked in a perfect, moderate size, which is actually great for people who are just starting to try sourdough because it's not too big. The price is reasonable (145–155 baht). I love how the bread's crumb is soft and chewy, while the crust might be a little bit tough, but it's not hard. That's a matter of personal preference, though. Another thing I really love is the vibe here🎄✨️. The service truly feels like you are visiting a good friend or relative. The owner is incredibly kind and lovely. She's happy to explain everything with a deep, knowledgeable understanding. Since I'm currently really into natural yeast bread, she told me that making these kinds of loaves truly requires passion, and everything is rooted in science. Our conversation was so fun! Thank you for sharing to me ka🥰 The shop actually has many other reasonably priced treats, too, such as scones, shio pan, muffins, carrot cake, focaccia, and even Greek yogurt. Since it's nearly Christmas, they have small pastry sets as well. They would be perfect for gifts, and the prices are very sweet.”
