“A big FAT ZERO STAR Our experience at Asia Royal Hospital was absolutely horrifying and deeply disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. We rushed to the emergency room during a life-threatening situation, yet there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. Instead of helping, they kept demanding payment while the patient was in critical condition — as if money mattered more than saving a life. The emergency staff moved at their own pace, ignored our pleas for help, and left us feeling helpless during the most terrifying moments. A hospital is supposed to care for people in crisis, but Asia Royal Hospital showed no humanity or responsibility at all. This kind of incompetence and cold-hearted behavior is unacceptable for any medical institution. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hospital if you value your loved ones’ lives and basic human decency.”
