“Went on a Sunday, so it wasn’t as busy as I saw it on Saturday. The Big Bos Burger was enormous and very delicious, although the chips weren’t as crunchy as I would’ve liked. Fantastic service, ushering us to the pavilion once it started to pour. Prompt service and satisfying food.”

“I was quite disappointed with the service at Atlas Beach Club. The menu listed “Balian Still Water”, but when we ordered it, they served Aqua Reflection instead. We were only informed that Balian was unavailable after the drinks had already been served. This lack of communication feels misleading and unprofessional. I want to emphasize that my complaint isn’t about the price at all, but about the way the information was handled. Guests deserve clear communication before any substitution is made, especially when it involves items that differ from what was originally ordered. Additionally, the receipt included a welcome snack, yet nothing was ever served to our table. Again, this shows inconsistency between what’s promised and what is actually provided. I hope Atlas improves their communication with guests and ensures that all menu items and invoice details are accurate and transparently delivered.”
