“This is my honest review of Australian Dental Clinic in Hanoi. To be truthful i was very afraid of visiting the dentist i havent visited one in 20+ years and the last time i did visit one they yanked my teeth out with a pair of plyers so definately not the best memories. years of neglect not brushing or flossing left my teeth in this really embarassing state now looking back at it and back in New Zealand where i come from dental is not cheap. Ive been living in vietnam for a while now and decided enough was enough im going to get my teeth fixed dreadding my visit and the amount it was going to cost me. I came in thinking i needed all my top teeth crowned or veneered and lord knows what else but the dentists didnt try to scam me or oversell me they told me what i could do to get the perfect smile which was a lot less then what i was expecting. 3 crowns, 2 fillings, deep clean and polish and whitening later (2 visits, 2 hours each visit so 4 hours total) i walked away with a smile that i couldnt believe. and only 25mil VND. i looked at other places and couldnt believe the price here. the dentists where friendly and caring always checking to make sure i was okay, i had 0 pain during the treatment and was well taken care of. i couldnt recommend Australian Dental Clinc more. definately worth a visit and your trust. “I had to have an emergency crown as my tooth was so sore. I was recommended to go to this clinic. I can't praise them enough. From the greeting and professionalism at reception to my amazing and knowledgeable dentist and her caring support staff. My tooth was fixed and the crown inserted within 48 hours. Amazing service. My tooth feels so much better now. Thank you so much! I highly recommend your clinic especially to foreigners needing dental assistance while in Hanoi.”

“Absolutely amazing service! Even better than what I have in France, because of the care and attention received. I had a root canal and 3 cavities filled, with teeth withering + extra 1 filling for free. If I compare with treatment usually received in France, it’s the first time where I went to my appointment fear free from the almost painless procedure. Took me 4 session (because I am always quite resistant to local anaesthesia) instead of usually 2 session for the same price. Price wise, it would not be fair to give them here, as VND is not stable right now, but I can tell you that I had everything + teeth whitening for the price of only 3 cavities in a dental clinic in Tay Ho… Would come back to Hanoi just for teeth treatment.”

“I found the Australian Dental Clinic on line whilst in Brisbane. The reveiws seemed good. I made an appointment and arrived this week for a consultation. I wasn't asked for my Medical history. And wasn't asked on arrival to fill out my medical history or what medications I was on. I wanted to know my options with getting some bridge work done and some crowns and a replacement partial denture. I was examined by a Dentist who didnt speak English.Anothet person interpreted but not all that well. I can only assume he was a Denral Nurse. . They did a small xray and told me I needed a rootbcanal in my front tooth. Which was strange because I had recently been to the Dentist in Brisbane and had that tooth filled. I was told it didn't require root canal. I also enquired about having some upoer and lower bridge work done to avoid having more parual dentures. .I was told a bridge wouldn't be possible because those teeth were uneven. They came to that diagnosis without an xray of that area.. I was very uncomfortable with the situation with the surgery. It was a thoroughfare through to a very high and narrow stairwell to three floors. As there is no lift which was very awkward for me with arthritic knee problems. I found it very impersonal with people constantly passing through the examination room to get to the stairwell.. So inconclusion I strongly suggest you get a second opinion after your first consultation at this clinic. Im so releived i did. I got a second opinion from another Clinic in Hanoi. They were shocked by my first diagnosis which was incorrect. The Australian Dental Clinic is more inexpensive but seriously you get what you pay for . Good Luck 🤞😷”

“Me and my fiancé both got fillings, cleanings, and whitening done. We looked at everything single dental clinic in Da Nang and decided on this one, they did a great job and were very professional and mindful and were very upfront with pricing. Way better and cheaper than any dental clinic in the US that we’ve been to. Definitely recommend!”
