“Very accommodating and patient in answering all our queries before confirming the day tours. Thank you Gusti and Yudi. We enjoyed the tour. This is the Tanah Lot tour. Yudi was our driver and guide for the day. He is very friendly and informative, sharing with us the Bali culture. The car is clean with good air-conditioning and comes with chilled bottled drinking water. We started the day with Tanah Lot temple then proceeded to Jatiluwih Rice Field and we had buffet lunch at Gong Jatiluwih which is inclusive. After lunch we made our way to Ulundanu temple. We made a photo stop at Twin lake while on our way to Banyumala Waterfall. We reached the hotel just before dinner time.”

“We did the Dolphin Sunrise Tour which we booked direct through Gusti. Gusti arranged for his driver Ketut to collect us at 3am from our villa, Ketut arrived promptly and greeted us warmly. The trip went like clockwork; when we arrived in Lovina we were met by a friendly team who took us out to see the dolphins and the sunrise from the boat. It was a small boat where you felt close to the action. This was a truly unforgettable experience and one we would highly recommend. After a couple of hours out on the water we returned to a breakfast on the sea front which was simple but perfect. We also requested to visit some points of interest on the way back to our villa which Gusti was more than happy to arrange. Ketut couldn’t do enough to ensure we had the perfect day. He was great company and we 100% recommend this tour!! Our second tour was to Nusa Penida, this was also an unforgettable experience. Adi arrived 15 minutes early to pick us up but was more than happy to wait for us to be ready to leave. He then took us to Sanur harbour where he bought us our tickets for the fast boat. Adi also made sure we got on the right boat and waited until we had been seated aboard before leaving, this made us feel very safe as the harbour was very busy. The journey took nearer 40 minutes than the advertised 1 hour which was great and the sea was very calm (sit at back of boat for smoothest ride). We were greeted by our driver in Nusa Penida who was a fantastic driver, very calm and knew all the best spots for our photos. The island has poor roads so expect a bumpy ride, the views from the island are well worth the journey though. At the end of the day he dropped us back at the harbour and made sure we got the correct boat before leaving. Adi met us at Sanur harbour after another speedy boat trip and took us back to our hotel. Adi is a super safe driver and I would recommend him to everyone! We also booked two further days of more bespoke tours which covered places we really wanted to visit on the island. Gusti was more than happy to arrange these for us and we had amazing experiences being driven by Adi and Ketut. Gusti and his team are very professional and make you feel safe at all times. They also know all the best places for photos and are happy to wait for your perfect shot. The website for this company says they treat all customers like they were family and this is so true, we really did feel special. We couldn’t speak more highly of this company and all of the team Gusti has put together!”
