“The receptionist who helped me plan my tattoo and took the payment spoke good English which was very helpful. The artist did not speak any English but had a person to help with translation however the translator app was still needed in these interactions. I absolutely love the stick and poke tattoo I got from the Master. The customer service was severely lacking in all interactions which is the reason for my 3/5 star rating. I felt rushed and pressured with very little guidance on the best size and placement for my tattoo which was disappointing.”

“Unfortunately, my experience with this studio was very disappointing. I booked a laser removal session for two tattoos, but the girl that works there treated a third tattoo on my back without my consent, which I did not intend to remove. I had sent them photos of the tattoos I wanted to be treated well in advance, so there should have been no misunderstanding. I find it completely unacceptable to perform any procedure without the client’s clear consent, especially when it involves a laser and potentially permanent effects on the skin. This kind of approach shows a lack of professionalism and care for clients and making such a HUGE mistake. I would not recommend this studio to anyone expecting a serious and responsible service. EDIT: I am also adding our conversation here when I requested a refund, which clearly shows that the studio’s main concern was the fact that I left a 1-star review, rather than taking responsibility for the mistake and the damage caused. Reply: Instead of shifting responsibility to a client, I believe it’s more constructive to acknowledge and address mistakes internally. I did message you immediately but you left me on seen until i send another message claiming my money back and you put a focus on my 1 star review. As for the offer to fix the tattoo, after what happened, I certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing the same team to work on repairing a tattoo they had already ruined and on top of that you are refusing to give me money I paid as i will have to pay to fix this anyway.”
