“I came in for a routine pedicure, but unfortunately the service caused a serious issue. I have a known problem with ingrown nails due to a past surgery, which I clearly mentioned. Despite that, the technician worked on the other side of the nail as well, which led to pain, bleeding, and later inflammation with pus. I had to wake up at night due to pain and manage the situation myself to relieve pressure under the nail. I believe more caution and respect for clients with medical nail history is absolutely necessary. This could have been avoided with proper care and communication.”
