From the very first message to the final follow-up, their communication was outstanding—super responsive, thoughtful, and they kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxing waiting area that instantly puts you at ease (free coffee is a nice touch too!). The entire staff is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring—they made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Dr. Felix—he was amazing. His clear communication, attentiveness, and caring professionalism completely melted away my nerves. “My partner and I came here to get our teeth checked and cleaned. Honestly the best experience i’ve had at a dentist. I haven’t been in 6 years and my partner also has a big fear of dentist, and they were so friendly and comforting, professional and hygienic. Dr Cindy was amazing - my teeth feel so clean and smooth. I had an appointment with Dr. Agung. From the very first consultation, it was clear that he is an experienced specialist: everything was explained clearly, calmly, and professionally, without unnecessary promises. I had two wisdom teeth removed on the same side during one visit. The procedure took about an hour, exactly as the doctor had said. It was quick and painless. I would also like to highlight the post-operative care: the clinic followed up on my condition and provided clear recovery instructions. The healing process went smoothly, without complications.
