I went with their Americano using the house blend called “Wanna Be.” The profile is clean and balanced—medium body, low bitterness, and smooth all the way through. Not too acidic, not roasted too dark. It’s the kind of cup you can drink every day without getting tired of it. Not overly complex, but very well-executed—which honestly matters more for consistency. Atmosphere is their strongest point. Quiet, composed, slightly serious. This is not a loud café—it’s a place you come with intention. Service is efficient and straightforward, not particularly warm, but it fits the overall vibe.”
