“The service was excellent, the receptionist was top tier! Been in Bspa twice. We are a family of four, all of us are very much satisfied with the service. The receptionist even helped us to make our little baby comfortable and safe while we were doing a massage by giving a blanket to keep my baby warm while he is sleeping next to us in our massage bed. We really appreciate that. The way she smiles makes us feel the genuineness of her service. I asked her name, big shoutout to Hanya. She deserves a 10 star for her excellent service. “Lovely spa in hidden away. Warm welcome and very reasonable prices. I had the 90minute massage. The room comes with a private bathroom and you are offered a free shower after the massage which is helpful if you have a long day after your massage. Friendly staff and the massage was outstanding!”

“We had booked a massage appointment for 11:00 PM, but when we arrived earlier at around 10:00 PM, the staff were accommodating and allowed us to begin our session ahead of schedule. We also decided to upgrade our package upon arrival, which was appreciated. Before the massage started, we were given the option to select our preferred aroma oil, which added a personalized touch to the experience. However, one major disappointment was that the massage was conducted on a queen-sized hotel bed rather than a proper massage bed. This significantly affected the overall experience. The bed was too soft and not designed for massage treatments, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the session. Unlike a professional massage bed, there was no face cradle or proper support, and the mattress would sink under body weight, reducing comfort throughout the treatment. While the therapists were professional and the aroma oil selection was a nice feature, the use of a regular hotel bed made the experience feel less professional and less comfortable than expected. For the price paid, I would have expected a proper massage setup that could provide better support and a more authentic spa experience. Another disappointing aspect was the ending of the session. After the massage was completed, no drinking water or refreshments were offered, which is something commonly provided by many spas and massage establishments. Instead, we were simply asked whether payment had been made and were then told that we could leave. The ending felt rather abrupt and lacked the hospitality and customer care that one would expect after a relaxing treatment. Overall, while the staff were accommodating and allowed us to start earlier than our scheduled appointment, the experience was let down by the uncomfortable queen-sized bed and the lack of a proper post-treatment experience. Unfortunately, it did not provide the level of comfort and professionalism that I had expected.”
