“We contacted CAM Realty about an apartment we saw on Khmer 24, but the owner only accepted a rental of 6 months to 1 year. Soy Phanna suggested an apartment near BKK1 area which aligned with what we were looking for and offered to negotiate the price with the owner for us. After setting up an appointment, she referred us to Nang Nita to meet there and see it which we cancelled after booking a different place through the internet. When that booking fell through, Nang Nita re-setup the appointment and took us into the apartment, responding to the questions we had. We are grateful for the understanding, the experience and the apartment.”

“CAM Realty rented me a condo where they lock residents inside at night, Garden TK. Apparently this realty agency cares as little about fire codes and human endangerment as the building owners do. This agency is complicit in what would be a grave criminal offense in the West. Here is my review of the condo they were ok with my newborn son being locked up in. Shame on them. I leased a unit here only to find out that the owner locks the residents inside of the building at night. I went for a morning walk just after 5am to find the razor-wire-covered gate locked with a padlock from the outside. I have a newborn son and thought "If there were a fire, what do I do? Throw him 15 feet in the air over the razor wire and hope I throw him high enough? And that someone is there to catch him? The owner's suggested remedy? She bought a $13 doorbell to wake up security. Her reasoning? She lives in the building and the security cameras and security guards aren't enough to protect her new car and motorbike. Fire codes? Apparently not enforced. "It's like prison." You might say. Yes, except that they don't feed you 3 hot meals.”
