The nursing staff were consistently professional, attentive, well-presented, and caring. Their competence and dedication were evident throughout my stay. Special mention to Ronilo, Meann, Gina, Joya and Telle for their outstanding service, warm attitude, and cheerful presence. I also appreciate the housekeeping team, respiratory technician, and dietitian for their efficiency and reliability. My sincere gratitude as well to Dr. Jaime Co, Dr. Gopez, Dr. Cheng, Dr. Catalan, and the rest of the pulmonary team for their expertise and compassionate care. “We had a very positive experience from the ER all the way to room admission during our toddler’s stay. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all highly professional, attentive, and compassionate. As parents, it was a very stressful time—especially with our child experiencing a febrile seizure—but the team went above and beyond to reassure us and provide excellent care. We truly appreciated how smooth and well-coordinated everything was, from the ER assessment to the admission process. They took the time to check on our comfort level and made sure we felt confident and at ease before bringing our child home. Their kindness and clear communication made a big difference. Kudos as well to our pediatrician (Dra. Thea Cuaso Lim)—despite not being physically present, she made sure to properly endorse us to her colleague (Dra. Phoebe Lim-Picache), ensuring continuity of care. That extra effort meant a lot to us and gave us even more confidence that our child was in good hands. To all the nurses and clinical patient care assistants (weren't able to take note of all the names - Pat, Wyndee, Kesh etc.) from the time of our admission up to discharge, they were consistently kind, attentive, and responsive to our needs. Their dedication and compassion truly stood out and made our stay much more comfortable. The hospital environment was also very clean and well-maintained, which added to our overall peace of mind.
