“Visited Coco Tam’s in Fisherman’s Village for dinner. By the time we arrived, most of the popular seats were already taken, so we could not get the exact spot we originally wanted. However, we ended up dining on the second floor, which actually turned out to be more comfortable and had an even better view. The food quality was excellent. The menu seemed to lean toward Italian-style dishes, and everything we ordered, including the pasta and burrata cheese, was surprisingly good in both flavor and quality. The cocktails were also enjoyable, and they had the usual beer options as well. Overall, the food was definitely one of the highlights of the visit. The atmosphere was another strong point. Arriving around sunset made the experience even better because the changing colors of the sky were beautiful. Later in the evening, there was also a fire show, which added a fun and memorable touch to the night. Since we were seated upstairs, the music was not overwhelmingly loud, which made the environment more relaxing. One thing to note is that there is a minimum spending requirement of 2,000 baht. This could feel a bit expensive for lighter eaters, but for my wife and me, it was completely reasonable. The only disappointing part was the service. Considering how large and busy the restaurant is, it is understandable that the staff are constantly occupied, but the overall attentiveness and quality of service felt a bit lacking at times.”
“A place that’s absolutely worth visiting when you’re in Fisherman’s Village. They offer incredible fire shows — honestly the best ones we saw in Thailand. The atmosphere is amazing, and it’s a great experience for all ages. A few important things to know before you go: 1. If you don’t have a reservation, try to arrive at least 1–1.5 hours early to get a good spot. 2. They don’t always accept reservations for future dates — it seems to depend on availability and their own flexibility. 3. Fire shows don’t happen when it rains, so keep that in mind. 4. Smoking is allowed on the beach. 5. Payment is required immediately when ordering (not at the end). Credit cards are accepted. 6. Outside seating only offers the pizza menu. Highly recommended — definitely one of those places you shouldn’t miss, and I think people of all ages will enjoy it. You won’t be disappointed!”
“We are many times here at coco tams and its the most interesting place on Koh Samui. The amazing Fireshow is two times every evening. And we love the Cocktails the Athmosphere and the Food is extremely high quality. We Staff is also very friendly. If you want to sit at the Roof Part of the Restaurant you have to visit the Desk to the right in front of the Restaurant on the street. For the best tables for viewing the fireshow. You have to consume drinks and food for 2000 Baht. But this is worth it. We come back next year. Kabkun Khrub”
“This was one of our favourite nights in Koh Samui! We got there early and had a few drinks at the beach bar and they were delicious! We also had some food here and it was all really good too. At 5:30 we went over to the bean bag section and got a bean bag right at the front. We had a few more drinks and a pizza while waiting for the show. The show was incredible and overall just such a fun night. Our favourite drinks were the mango and strawberry daiquiris and a Long Island iced tea.”
“We had a really lovely dinner at this beachfront restaurant. Our table was close to the beach, giving us a beautiful view of the ocean along with an impressive fire show that made the evening feel extra special. For food, we ordered the tuna salad, pizza, pasta, and a cocktail. Everything was great and very tasty—especially the pizza, which honestly felt like one of the best in Samui. The service was also very good: friendly, attentive, and proactive. The only downside was that the dishes didn’t arrive at the same time. We received the salad first, then one pizza quite a bit later, and finally the rest of the food. After we finished and paid, we asked if we could move down to sit on the beach. “ Khun Rud Peerapat” was extremely helpful and found us a perfect spot right by the water. It really made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a very nice evening with great food, a beautiful view, and excellent service. Would definitely recommend!”
