“I had a great experience at Conscious Yoga. I joined a class with Konstantin and another session right after, and both were absolute overdelivery. The classes didn’t just last one hour, at least the ones I attended were 90 minutes, which felt perfect and very well paced. The sessions were a great mix of mobility, strength, breathwork and awareness. Everything felt intentional, balanced and grounding, without being too soft or too hardcore. The people at the studio are incredibly kind and welcoming, there’s a lot of consideration for everyone’s level, and the overall vibe is calm, open and genuinely conscious.
