What people say

“My mom spent 3 months in the transitional care facility for women on level 3 of the hospital. Let's be clear: this is NOT a hotel. It is a boutique-sized hospital and it has a true community feel to it. The staff are always busy, cheerful and professional. Mom has late stage Alzheimer's Disease. Her helper was there every day to help feed her. The bento meals for TCF patients are chopped food with wholegrain rice. Don't look fancy but they are tasty (yes, I tasted it). Elderly patients tend to find fault with everything. Yet I see happy families bringing nice treats to share with their loved ones in the lobby cafe that we use a lot to sit and eat with mom. We were even able to book the event space for a CNY celebration with mom. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to the frontdesk team's support and to Nurses Nabilah and Clarissa - both heavily pregnant and totally committed to patient care. Definitely recommend Crawfurd for TCF (for women). The facilities for men are quite different, I heard. In all, THANK YOU to the team on L3.”
“I had my stay in this TCF for 2 weeks and here are my takes Special shout-out to Farhannah, Erica and Jayleen. These nurses have lots of patience and very attentive. Food As a small hospital, there’s no central kitchen and have to rely on catering. I have chosen Indian food and have been having it since. It’s curry rice all the way. Breakfast : bread and croissant alternate day Lunch : Curry rice Dinner : Curry rice Caterer: Brinda’s Please have more options for catering. Room I have warded to level 3, I believe the room is only big enough for 1 patient and they squeeze 2 beds into a room and we are spaced 2-arm length apart. Totally no privacy and personal space at all. Call bell is so loud that as if the speaker is next to you. Nurses talking so loudly along the corridor. The room’s door cannot be close and some patients from other room will turn the TV volume so loud that you cannot rest properly. Overall, people are friendly here but facility management needs to be improved. Update 5/2/2026: Upon my re-admission to Alexandra Hospitalfrom Crawfurd, I was tested positive for MRSA.”
“Kudos to all staff of Crawfurd Hospital! They've been all kind and helpful during my stay. Special mention to SN Farhana she's cool and attentive. The counter staff as well, approachable and all very kind too. Dr. Edwin and Dr. Julia two thumbs up! Thank you alllll! Highly recommended. 🙏🏻”
“I stayed here for 3-4 days due to a small injury. The room and facility is really nice, the nurses take shifts to look after you 24 by 7 and they are really gentle, caring and responsive. All procedures of care are handled very professionally. Special thanks to nurse Noel and Zainur who looked after me. Can't really say I want to visit again but if it so happens to be necessary this would be a great place to hasten your recovery.”
