What people say
“Still the best croissant to me. They have shifted slightly to a block away and even the croissant shape has changed 😅 but it still tastes amazing. Truly one of the best croissants around. The sourdough and other breads and pastries are also very good quality. You can really taste the proper technique and ingredients. Everything feels properly made, not the mass produced kind, and definitely not the poorly executed ones you see so many of nowadays. Definitely a place I will keep coming back to for baked goods.”
“Chance upon this place and am glad I did. There are selection of fresh bakes and pastries which several of them are genuinely delightful. The place is usually packed in the morning with patrons grabbing breakfast to start their day, which adds to the lively atmosphere but can make conversation difficult. Coming a little later is a good option if you prefer a quieter visit. Overall, it’s a pleasant stop for quality pastries and a comforting break in the day.”
“Honestly, I’m so disappointed with the service here. We came quite early and there were less than 3 people queueing, so it wasn’t even busy. Instead of asking whether we wanted to sit inside, the staff immediately placed the five of us at the outdoor seats. It was freaking hot, and the fan wasn’t even directed at us, it was facing the people queueing instead. We were just sitting there sweating while waiting for our pastries. What made it worse was that other groups who came after us, also in groups of 4–5 people, were allowed to sit upstairs in the air-conditioned area. Not trying to sound racist but many of them appeared to be C-type, and after we were seated outside, no one else was placed there — everyone else got to sit inside. I don’t know what the reason was, but it honestly felt very unfair and uncomfortable, maybe bcs they were racist??? Idk and the way we were treated came across as discriminatory. The pastries were mid at best, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back.”
“I recently visited Croisserie Artisan Bakery at Damansara Heights, and it was an enjoyable experience that easily earns a 4-star rating. The bakery has a charming, minimalist, and modern vibe that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. It’s a lovely spot for a casual breakfast, a coffee break, or even a relaxed afternoon treat. The space is clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable whether you’re dining in or just stopping by to grab something to go. As the name suggests, their croissants are the main highlight. I tried a few varieties, and they were impressively flaky with a rich, buttery aroma. The texture was light and airy on the inside while maintaining a satisfying crisp on the outside. You can really tell that care and craftsmanship go into their baking process. Aside from croissants, the bakery also offers other pastries and baked goods that look and taste fresh. The coffee paired well with the pastries and was smooth without being too acidic. While the menu isn’t overly extensive, the quality of both food and drinks makes up for the limited selection. Service was friendly and efficient, with staff willing to explain the items and offer recommendations. Prices are slightly premium, but that’s expected given the artisanal quality and the Damansara Heights location. Overall, Croisserie Artisan Bakery is a great place to indulge in well-made pastries, and with a bit more variety, it could easily become a 5-star favorite.”
“Finally had the chance to try dining at this super popular place, and it didn't disappoint! I was initially slightly overwhelmed by the sheer amount of sweet and savoury choices available but finally ordered the salmon and cream cheese bun, cream puff, blueberry tart, as well as the cranberry cream cheese bread. My faves were the cream puff and cranberry bread, would go back just to have those. This cafe has limited seating so it was kinda full during the lunch hour but people don't really stay for long in this place, leaving after they're done with their meal. Aesthetics-wise, it was very clean, minimalist, simple, warm woody welcoming vibes. It can get a bit chilly though if you plan to sit and work there for more than an hour, despite it being a crazy hot afternoon when I visited, so bring a light jacket. Shootout to the nice guy who waited on me, he was so friendly and made small talk as I was doing my best to make up my mind, even going so far as to try to helpfully recommend some products based off my preferences!”
