“The best spot we’ve found for fine wines in Chiang Mai. There were six wines by the glass. All interesting. Great glassware. Loved the music. The staff were friendly and engaging. We had Knoll Gruner, Inama Sauvignon and Arnot Roberts Gamay. All great. We just had some spicy cashews but I’d love to try more of the menu as the open kitchen and the chef looked like they know what there are doing. A little feedback…the lighting at the bar was too bright for my taste and we requested a table that was ‘reserved’ but no one was seated there in the 90 minutes we were there. The wine bar is apparently the first in Chiang Mai, opened seven years ago. It has four owners all of which own other restaurant / wine related businesses.”

“CRU 2nd floor wine bar was a great spot next to our hotel during our trip to Chiang Mai last week. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, staff were awesome (Thanks Bussy!) and the food and wine were delicious. Great place to grab a few drinks and good food in a relaxed wine bar.”
