“I had an absolutely lovely experience at Daily Social restaurant in the Sheraton Bali Kuta! I was warmly greeted by the hostess, Winda, who happily escorted me to my table and insured that my stay was comfortable and welcoming! Another staff member, Alvin, guided me through the breakfast buffet and showed me all of the delicious offerings and made suggestions on his favorite items which were delicious! I enjoyed two wonderful breakfast buffet experiences at Daily Social, and on my final breakfast before departing, Winda surprised me with a beautiful farewell dessert note at breakfast as well as gifts, the kindness and generosity she showed I will never forget. Winda made me feel so welcomed and at home for my first time in Bali. I cannot wait to return to Bali and stay at the Sheraton Bali Kuta and bring my mom to experience the wonderful hospitality of the staff the hotel and at Daily Social!!”

They even prepared super cute food and surprises for the kids, which made our family feel very special. My daughter joined the donut chef class and had an amazing time. The staff were always friendly, caring, and welcoming, with happy smiles every day. They truly paid attention to every guest’s needs and made the whole experience memorable for our family. The food was delicious and well prepared, offering a great variety including fresh fruits, juices, eggs, Indian, Balinese, Chinese dishes,sweets and pastries to suit every taste. “Very, very lovely and welcoming experience at Sheraton Kuta. I will definitely come again. Very good service recovery from hotel duty manager Vega Gittari when there were problems with our initial room, we really appreciate it! At the in-house restaurant Daily Social, very warm hospitality from the staff. They make an effort to make conversation with you. One staff in particular - Rheina - remembered our names from our first conversation, and on our last day before leaving, she remembered we were checking out and prepared a plate of special pancakes to say thank you! Wonderful gesture, we really appreciate it. Many others whose name I didn't manage to catch, but thank you so much for making it a beautiful stay in Kuta. Definitely coming back 😍”

“Came here for lunch, waitress Elya was very friendly and attentive. She provided great service and made sure everything was good for us. Food here was nice, would be better if menu provided more selection for dishes to share with family and friends. Nasi goreng was delicious 👍🏻😀”
