“We weren’t even on planning to grab our lunch here but we were driving along the street and saw this Korean restaurant today. It was very quant and the building itself looks rather simple from the outside, but we were immediately welcomed with a smile. A very calm and sober atmosphere which is nice for a change because Ko Samui tends to be rather touristy. We were craving Korean food after our fair share of trying Thai food for the past couple of days and ordered the doenjang-jjigae, bulgogi, galbi and pajeon. The banchan were very tasty as well. Overall, everything was delicious, cooked authentically and felt like home. This satisfied our craving~”

“We had lunch at Dawn and enjoyed it very much. Everyone was extremly friendly and made sure we were well taken care of throughoutour stay. Although we heavily over ordered (+ several great banchan) we finished every bite of it. It was simply delicious! I asked for vegetarian dishes and they offered to adjust menu items so I could enjoy them (went with the japchae and it was the best I had so far). We will definitely come back.”
