“I don't even know where to start... This is by far the most heartfelt and sincere review I will probably ever write. If there is more than 5 star, I would definitely be giving it to Dr. Al Jaafar as a no-brainer. It is rare to find a doctor that is as excellent at his bedside manner as he is with his skills. When I first met Dr. Al, I knew right away that he was the right doctor for me. PHENOMENAL is the most appropriate word to use in describing Dr. Al. He is an incredible surgeon who takes pride in his work and focuses on finding the best results for each of his patients. Not only he is extremely professional, he is also courteous and has a calm demeanor. He is friendly and takes the time to listen to concerns and answer every question in great detail. He is willing to make recommendation if you ask, but is not pushy. Not once did I feel pressured or forced into making a decision I didn't want to. I asked a few questions, then he suggested a procedure that perfectly fit my needs. He is great at what he does and will give his honest feedback on what he thinks would look good and natural on your face or your body type. He is as well meticulous, which is exactly what I want when dealing with my face. Making the decision to have my procedures done by Dr. Al was an easy one. I am able to express my concerns and what I hope to accomplish knowing in return, he will offer his professional opinion. I had blepharoplasty on August 13 and rhinoplasty on November 11 just this year and I am beyond thrilled with my new face! The results are so much better than I ever imagined! Afterwards, I noticed my friends and family complimenting me on how refreshed I look; however, they couldn't figure out or put a finger on what was so different. This is the type of reaction I had anticipated because Dr. Al prefers a more natural look. I am much more confident today than I was before I met him. The results of the procedures gave me a sense of completeness and went far beyond expectations. The post-surgical care was also a top-notch! After the initial stitch removal of my rhinoplasty, he had me visit his office every day for wound cleaning and for him to properly monitor my healing progress since I was just staying at Knightsbridge at that time (visited NEU for 7 consecutive days), which I greatly appreciated. I so love his staff and how comfortable they all made me feel. Everyone in NEU is genuinely nice and made me feel like I was part of their family. Every aspect of my surgeries and pre and post-op have gone perfectly. I have felt valued and well-cared for throughout the process. My surgery outcome super exceeded my expectation. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for his great work and professionalism. He's highly knowledgeable. From the surgery to recovery, he's super caring. I would also like to acknowledge his super sweet and skillful nurses, Twinkle and Lucky, and the other staff, Rose and Karen. I'm not done with Dr. Al yet. I will continue visiting him for all my anti-aging needs. “Highly recommended Dr. Al Farabi L. Jaafar! 💯 I went straight to the Clinic from SG last Oct. 23 due to my nose infection and badly needed to remove my nose implant within the day. Despite the busy schedule of Dr. Al Jaafar that day, he managed to assist me since my infection was really that bad. My nose infection was taken care of without any fuss. The doctor was knowledgeable and confident. He's really great. I didn't feel anything during the surgery. It was really comfortable. Thought the surgery would last for like 3hrs or more but no it was like an hour and a half. Given that, he managed to treat my nose very carefully and in the best way.
