“We took the factory tour today. Khun Orin (I most probably spelled it incorrectly) was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and convincing in his explanations how to grow five different types of mushrooms for the top restaurants in Thailand and lovers of special, fresh and completely unprocessed, natural food like us. With Earthling Mushroom Farm we added yet another lovely puzzle piece to our private supplier network for extraordinary, high quality products. So far we only tasted the yellow and pink oyster, stir fried with a dash of soy sauce, fish sauce and a decent amount of garlic. Incredibly yummy! We can’t wait to try the lion’s mane tomorrow!”

“Earthling Mushroom Farm 🍄‍🟫 | On Nut Apparently, I’ve been living under a rock, but today I was under the mushrooms. 🍄‍🟫 We spent an hour at Earthling Mushroom Farm with Khun Orin, and let’s just say my respect for the fungal kingdom has officially peaked. We saw the whole process, nerd-ed out on the tech, and left with a literal box of gems. Plus, we snagged some Reishi extract for sleep….because if anyone knows how to chill, it’s a mushroom. 💊💤 Highly recommend for a local On Nut detour. It’s a total vibe (and a "spore-tacular" photo op). 📸”
