“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an aesthetic clinic. While the clinic has advanced technology, their pricing is significantly higher than other clinics in the area, which was disappointing given the level of service provided. I was really looking forward to this appointment, but the consultation was extremely basic. Instead of offering professional recommendations or insights, the staff simply asked me what my concerns were. There was no in-depth analysis, imaging, or reports to explain what treatments I might need — something I’ve experienced at many other reputable clinics. Because the treatments were so expensive, I decided to proceed with only a basic hydrafacial. I came with a group, and during the visit, each person received their own service. However, when I was checking out, the clinic attempted to charge me for everyone in my group. When I questioned this, they threatened to call the police. I found this completely inappropriate and unfair. Each person was already present at the clinic and could have been charged individually. It should not be my responsibility to pay for other patients’ services. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. While the technology may be good, the consultation process, pricing transparency, and handling of billing were very disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.”
