Four Seasons Buffet & Hotpot, Araneta Center Cubao

“DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL Not worth the price in any aspect. The food quality is 0/10. The wait time is horrible, and almost all the food trays are empty. You literally have to stand there and wait for refills just to get food, and when it finally comes out, it’s disappointing. Most of the crowd had no manners or proper etiquette either — people didn’t respect the line or wait their turn. The sushi was ridiculous. It was basically all rice, and most of them seemed vegetarian because you could not see any meat or seafood filling. I actually had to spit one out because it tasted disgusting. You’re honestly better off ordering from regular à la carte restaurants like Manmaru or Tablo instead. This place is a complete laughing stock. Hotpot meat serving is ridiculous. 6 of us and 1 tray has 2 thin slices. LOL The roast beef is not a meat for roast beef it was SO TOUGHHHHHHHHH. The line is like you’re waiting for your NBI clearance. My brother went 3x but they had no lechon belly and roast beef. So like what’s the point?? The salmon tastes like water. I honestly dont understand how people can have a good time here. Cannot think of 1 good thing to recommend here.”

“(LONG REVIEW) Went here years ago and enjoyed our experience so we were looking forward to our visit. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. 1.) Service We went for dinner on a monday night. Staff did not come to us right away to ask for our soup bases (despite serving those around us who sat after us). We had to go to them to ask to give us our soup base. I think they're very understaffed for the capacity of the restaurant. There's no one to clean up plates and messes on the table. Bills take long to come back especially if you use credit card. There was only one payment terminal which explains the slowness. In fairness, staff are friendly and WILL get something you requested done. 2.) Food Do not expect to find anything if you come in late or even just half an hour into the opening! People finish everything especially the vegetables and sushi. They do not refill the hotpot section constantly. There was a period where there was barely anything in the vegetables, sushi, and frozen hotpot options. At least the fish and meat was restocked, I'll give them that. The trays meant for hotpot ingredients ran out so quickly as well, you had to use the normal small plates (also ran out right after) to get ingredients. We only stayed until past 8:00pm, so I'm not aware if they refilled anything else. 3.) Restroom Very clean! There's a sign that says it is cleaned every half hour. Unfortunately there just wasn't any handsoap available. 4.) Pet-friendly establishment (+/-) 50/50 on this. When we first went into the waiting area it smelled like someone stepped and poop and pee 💩 Suspected it was from one of the dogs in diapers. Good way to get my appetite down. 5.) Atmosphere Overstimulating. Dogs barking and loud music. Some dining spots are very nice for photos though. VERDICT: Won't be coming back, hopefully they'll still improve though. Fallen behind compared to other vikings establishments.”

“Ive been going to the vikings group recently. Vikings, Niu and lastly Four seasons. We go here regularly especially during birthdays and sometimes even without because i find the food great, generous and worth it. But last weeekend i was very disappointed. They had less food choices. Slower food serving. Imagine at 6:30pm the grilled beef is already gone and they need 30mins to replenish. Thats good enough time for me to lose appetite. Good bye Vikings group, good bye!”

“Had a great dining experience at Four Seasons Buffet. The food selection was wide and well-prepared, from appetizers to desserts. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was impressive. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. Definitely worth it and highly recommended for family and friends.”
