What people say

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to one of the security staff at Gleneagles Hospital for his outstanding kindness and professionalism. During my relatives’ visit, they encountered a problem with their car. Without hesitation, he stepped in to help them. What truly touched me was that he offered his assistance sincerely and did not ask for any payment. His help was given purely out of kindness and compassion. He handled the situation very professionally, was polite, approachable, and made them feel comfortable asking for help. It is not often that we come across someone so dedicated and caring in their role. To the management of Gleneagles Hospital, I hope this staff member is recognized and rewarded for his excellent service. He truly represents the best of your organization. We need more people like him—kind, humble, and always willing to help others. Thank you again for your exceptional service!”
“The hospital facilities are excellent and worth the cost. Dr. Ravi Chandran is the best Gynaecologist I have ever met! His incredible experience made the delivery very easy. However, I must advise prospective parents to avoid Dr. Wong Hoi Ling (Mimi), who I found to be unprofessional and utter waste doctor”
“Hello! I am a citizen of Kazakhstan and currently 35 weeks pregnant. By God’s will, I chose this place. The place is very clean and the staff are kind and caring. However, I didn’t really like the service at the Doma cafeteria 😀🥰 By the way, I would like to express my endless gratitude to a staff member named Pricilla here. From the very first day, she helped me a lot, introduced me to the doctors, and was one of the main reasons I chose this place. Sometimes the sincere service of just one person can truly influence an important decision. God willing, I hope to give birth safely. When that time comes, I will also share my experience.”
“To whom it may concern, I hope this review reaches the relevant department and contributes towards improving the overall customer experience. I am an insurance agent, and although I have not personally been admitted to Gleneagles before, I have dealt with the hospital on several occasions for requests involving medical reports and attending doctor statements. I understand that such requests may take time to process, and I can accept that. However, what I experienced today was quite disappointing. I contacted Dr. Lim Kim Hatt’s clinic after being advised by Gleneagles’ official email to reach out directly to the clinic. The staff member who answered informed me that there was no option to submit requests via email, WhatsApp, or any online platform. According to her, all requests require a physical walk-in because “everything is old school.” Honestly, hearing such a response was surprising and frustrating. I can understand encountering this kind of process in certain government hospitals, but for a private hospital that prides itself on providing quality service, I did not expect such outdated practices. We are now in 2026, where digital communication has become a standard expectation for efficiency and convenience. Requiring patients or representatives to physically walk in for every request, with no digital alternative available, feels unnecessarily inconvenient and inconsistent with the level of service one would expect from a private healthcare institution. I sincerely hope this feedback can be taken into consideration, as introducing more accessible and modern communication channels would greatly improve the overall experience for patients and those working alongside the healthcare system. Thankyou.”
“Had a great experience during my endoscopy with Dr Paul Yap. He was very calm and cool throughout the process. The endoscopy department staff were also very cool. Everyone seemed relaxed but confident in what they were doing. I notice there were many Indonesian patients waiting to see Dr Paul as well,, and as an Indonesian myself, I can see why. Dr Paul does take the time to explain clearly and is not pushy about doing unnecessary tests. He alao speaks Indonesian quite fluently. 5 stars to Dr Paul Yap and his endoscopy team!”
