What people say
“I'm a bit disappointed with this gym because I think I saw this in on a YouTube video as a recommended gym in Chiang Mai. The price was all right for a day pass, but the thing is the equipments are old and not maintained, and it feels sort of dusty. The place is really big though, so it has a lot of equipments. But at the same time it's very packed with a lot of people. It has a women-only area, but the thing is all the males are using this area too which I think because the gym is too packed or doesn't have many space for a proper lift, so it's a bit annoying. And people don't put the equipments back to where it's supposed to be, so that is annoying as well. I wouldn't recommend it. There are other gyms which are nicer than this in Chiang Mai.”
“The gym has everything you could need both in terms of strength and cardio. Some of the equipment needs maintanence but most of it is very good. It is also just 70 baht for a daypass which is really cheap. The gym has a kitchen that sells protein related items and even food. I usually have a chicken breast with some veggies or a proteinshake after a workout here. Also very cheap. You should definately come to this gym of you are staying in Chiang Mai.”
“If you’re a gym rat or just looking for a great place to work out, this gym is the place to go! The staff is super friendly, the equipment is excellent, and there’s a great variety of machines. They also have a restaurant/bar inside the gym offering high-protein meals and shakes, which I highly recommend if you need a quick bite. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I visit Chiang Mai again!”
“The gym is spacious with good air flow. There are plenty of machines, treadmills, free weights including barbells and a few kettlebells. Here, they have mixed crowd of serious workout people, selfie focused ones and instagram boyfriend type. 🤣🤣🤣 In the boxing area with a boxing ring, there're many punching bags around and you can also do tire flips and battle ropes. The workout areas where the black foam sheet is and the boxing/stretching area (where shoes aren’t allowed) aren’t very clean though. 😬 ⚠️ Update Review on Floor Workout Space: They have rearrange the layout of the place and have brought in more machines which "limits" floor space for other activities like stretching or floor movement training. Not ideal for people who needs more open space to do bodyweight training. The placement of equipments like bench press stools near the monkey bar is really odd and makes it feel very cramped here. 📌📌Bathroom!! are the worst! The shower rooms never seemed to be cleaned at all. They smell like pee every time we come here. I’ve seen this ball of hair on the floor at the “exact same spot” pretty much during the past 3 months. Not sure what the cleaning department had been up to, definitely not cleaning. The membership here is very cheap and when you buy the membership, it also gives you access to group classes — yoga, stretching, body combat, etc. Their group class studio is a decent size but it’s kinda stuffy inside. Overall, it’s a good value and there’s everything you need for a workout. Day-pass is 60฿ and monty pass is 900฿ at the moment. The staffs are friendly and helpful. 📌But I gave only 2 starts because the price is reasonable, the place is airy and staffs are decent. But the floor, cleaning towel (which is filthy) and bathroom are horrible! Need improvement bit time for cleanliness. The membership can be cheap but it doesn’t have to come with poor quality of facilities.”
“Great gym. Has everything you need. The team are really friendly. Fans turn on at 9am for a cooler workout. Classes are included in the price. Keep in mind that the treadmills are quite old and I recommend using a large towel to cover benches and mats. I have really enjoyed working out here for 6+ weeks.”
