“We had such a wonderful experience at The Greenery Kitchen. It’s easily the best vegetarian food I’ve had here, and it completely exceeded expectations, not just for me, but for my parents as well. We ordered the sisig, Korean BBQ, kare-kare, and kaldereta, and every dish was impressive in its own way. The flavors were rich, satisfying, and thoughtfully crafted, it never felt like anything was “missing” despite being fully plant-based. The sisig had that perfect balance of tangy and savory, the Korean BBQ was bold and comforting, and both the kare-kare and kaldereta captured the depth and heartiness you’d hope for from the originals. What really made the experience special was the hospitality. Edil, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. That personal touch really elevated the whole visit. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Makati and looking for flavorful, well-executed vegetarian dishes. We’ll definitely be coming back. “Horrible customer service. We subscribed to a 3-week meal plan from March 16 to April 3. They posted menus and order links for each week, including the week of March 30 to April 3, so we ordered accordingly. That Monday, no food arrived. When we followed up, customer service just sent us their Holy Week closure notice. The closure itself was not the problem. The problem was that they had already posted a menu and an order link for that week and never bothered to communicate the change to people who had already ordered. We asked for a refund. Instead of processing it, they informed us - without asking - that the amount would just be added to our credit for the following week. No options, no apology, just a decision made for us. That week didn't work for us anyway since we'd be travelling. After pushing back, they agreed to a refund and said it would be processed by Monday. Monday passed, no update. Followed up Tuesday, they said they'd follow up - then nothing. Followed up Wednesday, no reply. Followed up Saturday and they finally responded, only to say wait until Monday again. The food, for what it's worth, was decent most days especially for the price. Lunch and dinner were generally fine, nothing remarkable, though a meal or two were pretty meh and could've been done better. The amount is not even the point. The point is we had to chase them repeatedly for something they owed us. Bad experience, more than once, across the whole subscription. Hope they work on the customer service side, because the food is good value enough to deserve better than this.”
