“Had a great experience here! I got a cut & keratin treatment. I was in and out within 2 hours. They provided me with specialized care, were not pushy. My hair was sooo dry before and came out looking the most silky it’s looked in ages! Tung & Long helped me with my keratin treatment and were super gentle, personable, and most importantly were experts at their craft. I’d def recommend.”

“I booked through Facebook messenger and they were able to get me in right away! I really like my haircut and even with the language barrier/having to use Google Translate, they knew what I wanted and I got my exact haircut. They would check in every so often to make sure they’re on the right track. My hair is very fine but I wanted to get a long layered haircut (with very wispy bangs) that won’t make it look too thin and they did a great job. Highly recommend!”

“I spent 4 hours and 4 million VND for a keratin treatment and haircut. This is already such an inflated price (I’m a foreigner so if you are aswell take that into considering) I had very disappointing results. My hair is very clearly damaged with either how long they kept the treatment on for or with how much they straightened my hair. My hair cut was also not done the best, my front pieces especially look chopped off and when I asked the stylist to fix the front framing pieces it was already too far gone and I don’t think anything they were doing made it better. The staff was nice, but for how long I spent there and the price this is completely not okay. It looks like a very highly rated establishment but with my experience, it was not worth it in the slightest.”

“Rating: ⭐ (0/5) THEY RUINED MY HAIR AND GASLIT ME—STAY AWAY!!! I am beyond devastated. I walked into this salon with natural, healthy hair down to my belly button. I showed clear photos of a low-maintenance, dark-blonde-to-cream balayage. They ignored my instructions and my photos ENTIRELY, bleaching 80% of my head and structurally ruining the integrity of my hair from day one. However, my hair looked good, not what I asked for but I liked it (even if it was now in awful condition). Months later I went back for a basic maintenance appointment—just a root touch-up and the same toner—they somehow managed to completely mess it up. They turned my entire head STRAWBERRY BLONDE with ORANGE roots. When I called them out on this disaster, they tried to gaslight me, claiming it was '90% similar' and 'exactly what I had before.' It wasn’t. My family, my friends, and the professionals I had to hire to fix this all agree: it was a botched, incompetent mess. A professional should be able to replicate a result, but these people just guess. Guessed wrong then tried to lie then blame me. They FINALLY admitted it wasn't the same colour and agreed to correct it. The correction didn't work. I had to go to another hair dressers and pay even more for them to correct it further. THE PHYSICAL DAMAGE: Because of their 'corrections' and over-processing, my hair is literally snapping off all the time. I have lost over 6 INCHES of length. In 30 years, I have NEVER hated my hair, but now I do. It’s gone from my waist to a broken, snapping chemical mess. THE FINANCIAL LOSS & DISRESPECT: I have had to spend HUNDREDS OF POUNDS at another hairdresser for further corrections just to make this wearable, and the original salon refused to take any responsibility. They refused to refund a single penny and were extremely rude over messages calling me difficult for asking what they plan to do to fix their mistake. They also said 'what is wrong with you' because I said they had ruined my hair! They are incompetent, and they have no professional ethics. They will take your money, destroy your confidence, and then insult you for it. DO NOT RISK YOUR HAIR HERE. First Image: Colour from first appointment. “Went to the C1 location, but it was closed so off to C2. Hai did a great job dying my beard, all the staff were friendly. A quick cut and style and I was all done. Very happy and will be going back again. Clean shop, good vibe, quality product and skillfull stylists.”
