“On a friend's recommendation, I went to get my hair done. We discussed the cut, and I provided a picture of how I wanted it. The first snip, high at the nape of my neck and at a 90-degree angle, I realized I wasn't going to get the cut I wanted, but the one the hairdresser had decided on: a very short, sharp bob, a cut I've always hated. Now I'm stuck with a Playmobil figure for months to come; it's so short I can't even tie it up. I'm not criticizing, this is just my personal opinion based on my taste. Some might find it great, and I'll let you be the judge based on the photos of my request and the result. I've aged 10 years in just 30 minutes at the hairdresser's. All I have left is tears and to avoid mirrors for months to come. Plus, it's so short, even though I specifically asked for some length to put up when I get too hot. I can't even tie it up anymore. I hate the way I look today, and the word disappointed is a gross understatement.”

“I went there yesterday to have my hair toned to a light brown colder tone . I was warm blonde ( colored , not bleached ) . Got tired of being blonde for about a year . So decided to go back to brown . After the first toner treatment I came out to be still blonde just a bit more dark , It was actually not bad , but still blonde pretty much . And I wanted brown . So we decided to do it again , straight away . The next time they did the toner treatment- my hair came out dark brown with GREEN tone - GREEN SWAMP kind of color , especially at the front and the ends of my hair . So I DO NOT recommend changing your hair color there !! Also they were acting like my hair was not green . So they didn’t even want to own their mistake . Which makes it bad as well. They did eventually try to wash off the toner, I think they added some chemical to help wash off the green better , and it did help a bit, but my hair is sooooo severely damaged now , it’s devastating . So overall my hair is severely damaged and have a green tone to it . Wish I have never walked into that salon .May be my review will save someone’s hair 🙏”
