“I asked for a short haircut with my own previous reference picture, but the hairdresser on duty didn’t cut even similar to my reference picture, she gave my hair cut way shorter and I am not happy with her haircut!”

“Good haidresser. Very professional, the haidresser comes and discusses with you to see what you want before washing your hair. This is always a good sign, as it is crucial to see the hair dry before cutting it.”

“Totally unimpressed with their service and quality. The saloon is overpriced and overrated. I got the argon oil treatment for my shoulder-length hair. I had to wait for more than 1 hour and wasn't even offered a bottle of water unless I asked for it. I did my hair treatment with the senior and she didn't even check me properly. It wasn't the worst part. What happened to my hair after the treatment was so horrible. When they straightened my hair, it got burned near my roots and that senior staff didn't even tell me what happened. She told me that my hair is so damaged and need to be cut. It wasn't that bad before since I do nothing with my hair. Just some fuzzy hair. However, after that treatment, my hair becomes so tangled, rough, hair loss, and flat. The treatment is also considered pricy and my hair even got damaged thanks to that treatment. Will never go to that salon again. (Update) I edited as I cannot reply to the owner's response. The service date was 23 October 2022. I went to Inya Branch around 2pm. I don't know the name of the stylist since the branch manager I would like to do was unavailable at that time and I did it with random senior staff. My damaged hair were totally ruined and I had to cut out all so you can't fix it anymore.”

“Nice staff but I wasn’t impressed with the service or the result. I spent 3 and a half hours to get my hair dyed (I have shoulder length hair) and then the blow dry itself was a complete mess with the girls not knowing how to follow even the most basic steps of a standard blow dry. My hair was washed 3x for some reason and, given no one spoke English, I would not receive any answers when asking why the process was so lengthy and complex....Honestly for a cheaper place, this would have been ok but this place is very pricey and the result mediocre to say the least.”
