Hanoi Centre Shopping Mall

“Don't waste time. Come back in 2026 mid year. It's so new. Hardly any shops etc. there is nothing to review here.”

“We went here while exploring Hanoi and honestly the mall was okay, clean, and modern, but it was a bit confusing at first because most of the stores were in the basement level lol. We kept thinking the mall was small until we realized the shopping area was mostly downstairs. There are a decent amount of shops and places to eat, and it’s a nice spot if you want to cool down for a bit from the Hanoi heat. They also have a Jollibee there which honestly made me laugh because I didn’t expect to randomly see it in Hanoi 😅 I was also happy to see a VIVAIA store there. I usually just order from them online, so it was nice finally seeing an actual physical store where I could check the shoes in person. The downside for me was that it gets really crowded with students during weekdays, so some areas can get noisy and packed, especially around the food places. Still okay overall though if you just want somewhere to walk around, eat, or escape the heat for a bit. Just don’t make the same mistake we did and assume there’s nothing inside before checking the basement 😅”

“Do not come here. The parking here is horrible due to bad management. Not a lot of parkings, very narrow exit way and there’s no flow control. Both automated parking payment machine didn’t work. They only have 2 exits, shared by both motorbikes and cars. There’re 50+ cars lined up, merged by all in one lane to exit, but the motorbikes alway cut the line, the security guard scanned payment for each vehicle one by one so it took over 1 hour to exit the garage. It’s a shame, the situation could be much better if someone from management stepped up and controled the flow of parking exit.”

“Hanoi Centre is a newly opened shopping mall located in the center of Hanoi, about a 20–30 minute walk from the Old Quarter, and abou 15 minutes from Train Street, so it’s easy to reach on foot. The mall is still very new and not all stores are open yet, but several well-known brands are already operating. Among them are Zara, Zara Man, Adidas, Aldo, Muji, The Body Shop, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, Victoria's Secret, Max Mara, Pandora, Fila, Charles & Keith, Columbia, Skechers, Pedro, Levi's, and Under Armour. The mall consists of several connected buildings with an open central area featuring a fountain. It also has an underground level. Right now, the lowest level (basement / ground level) seems to be the most active and open. Here you can find a few cafés, a crêpe place where you can grab a quick snack, and Annam Gourmet where you can buy some European products, ice cream, or just take a break. The next level up, which is the main entrance level, currently has fewer stores open, and the upper floors are still coming soon. Overall, the mall looks promising, but since it has only recently opened, it will probably feel much more lively once more stores are operating.”
