“I visited this clinic for a HydraFacial, hoping for a bit of glow. I usually don’t have problem skin, and I chose this clinic because it seemed professional and well-reviewed. While the staff were friendly and the clinic was clean, after the facial I developed breakouts on my forehead. I think it may have been caused by extractions or the long massage on already sensitive areas. This was surprising, as my skin rarely reacts this way. I’m sharing this so others with normally clear skin can be aware that results can vary, even at reputable clinics.”

“I can’t say I was very satisfied with my experience here. First, I want to mention that everyone was very nice, and the reception had a fluent English speaker who explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. They do a face scan. Before your facial. However, I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years and extractions are usually the part I look forward to, as I even do them myself as well. Unfortunately, I felt the technique here was too harsh, with the needle being pushed way too deep. I appreciate that after my service it was mentioned to the esthetician. It’s been almost 4-5 days and the place she has spoked has been sensitive. The atmosphere was far from relaxing. People were talking loudly, going in and out of the room, and their phone was constantly vibrating on our bed they would take phone calls during the treatment. That’s not very professional. My husband said the phone was vibrating and waking him up every time he fell asleep. Overall, while the staff was kind, the experience itself was not relaxing or enjoyable for me. I hope by the time you visit the place it would be different.”

The doctor then recommended specific treatments for our skin types and OUR SKIN HAS NEVER BEEN SO CLEAR! We enjoyed the entire experience and all the staff were so lovely and knowledgeable. I even decided to come back the next day to receive Botox!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
