“This was my first time trying this Shabu buffet, and I’m beyond impressed. The food quality is top-notch, especially the meat cuts which were fresh and tender. “Good service but it's a noisy atmosphere. I don't think the price for what you get in food is worth it. It's not a buffet, a hot pot setting where you order individual items. They hand you a tablet and you order from that. Mostly Chinese customers and some of them seem to have no concern about etiquette; having a loud conversations and sitting with their foot up on the chair. Overall it just wasn't a good experience for me.”

“Its good but why do you make us wait for a table outside when the restaurant is clearly empty inside? Your process is very annoying. You don’t need to push 20 buttons on the POS for 5 minutes just to assign a table. This just makes me want to not come anymore. And get rid of the robot”
