During my visit, I received a hydro-facial, light micro needling, botox, and filler along with some red light therapy, all this at a fraction of the cost it would be in USA. I was particularly impressed by the doctor's recommendation against additional procedures I had requested. This level of integrity speaks volumes about your high ethical standards and demonstrates that you truly prioritize patient care over profit. Thank you for the wonderful experience. “My husband and I went here for facials. They scanned our skin before the treatment and sat down with us to explain our individualized results, which was very informative. The clinic was clean and sanitary but not the most private or relaxing. I also got microneedling and masseter Botox, both of which were completed in a professional and pain-free manner. “My first time coming here, a friend of mine recommended it and it was actually very pleasant, Hoa explain to me the pictures they took of my face to explain different things happening. Which was really good, she answered all my questions very patiently and very helpful! They didn’t over sale me on different procedures, they were very straightforward in what was best for me. The facial itself was very very good! I was satisfied with it. Just need to wait for a few days to see how my face is after it, but I am pretty sure it’s going to be good as the whole facial nothing felt out of the ordinary. “Mixed feelings about this clinic. At the beginning, the manager was friendly and professional, and the therapist who did my treatment was also very kind. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated that she showed me the unopened needle packages and the RF device before starting. As a foreigner, hygiene and safety are extremely important to me, so this helped me trust the clinic. I also researched the RF machine and found that it is a good-quality device, which made me more comfortable paying a higher price compared to other places. I paid around €180 for the treatments, which is expensive for Vietnam, so I expect not only good equipment and skilled staff, but also ethical and professional business practices. It is still too early to judge the results, so I will update this review in about a week. Unfortunately, the experience changed when I was leaving. Before the procedure, I was told that I would get a discount if I left a Google review. I had no problem with that and I support public reviews, they are important so people know what to expect. However, I was not told that I would be required to write the review on the spot, at the reception. When I said I would do the review later from home, the clinic owner stepped in and I was told that I would only receive the discount if I wrote the review immediately, while still inside the clinic. At that moment, my taxi was waiting outside, my payment was about to be proceseed, and I had just spent several hours in painful procedures. I was tired, hungry, and not in a position to negotiate or think clearly. This felt like pressure, not a voluntary review. Being asked to write a public review while someone is watching over you does not allow for honesty or fairness, especially when the results of the treatment are not visible yet. In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy or ethical way to collect reviews. This review is written out of the comfort of my home. Review edit: I see some visible results after 6 days. The clinic checked on me several times. Didn’t have any bad reactions on my skin. Would recommend the clinic apart from the manager behavior. Rising with one star ⭐️ after a positive outcome.”
