“The best decision I made was coming to this hospital. I had surgery to remove a fibroid, and the staff is extremely attentive. The doctor is excellent and explains absolutely everything step by step. I truly want to recommend this hospital 100%. I came to have surgery on my own and stayed alone in the hospital, but the nurses and all the staff took great care of me. Special thanks of course to the Doctor Xuyen for all his patience and for explaining every single detail. One more thing I really liked was that they have interpreters who are with you during the whole process. 10/10”

“Best hospital I have ever been to anywhere in the world hands down. Was bitten by a dog and needed to get rabies vaccines, rabies immunoglobulin, tetanus booster as the bite had broken the skin and was deep enough to require stitches. I was assigned a translator who stayed with me through the whole process and kept me informed of everything the doctor said, they also saw me immediately and was no wait time for anything. Prices of vaccines I added a photo and is the same price as all the other hospital and VNVC places I tried before coming here. The hospital was built in 2023 and is so clean and modern with all the facilities you could need, I am pretty sure they have a dedicated department for whatever your medical needs. Payment by card not an issue here at all. Also the key factor for me with this hospital was that they were open on the actual day of Tet festival when I needed my day 7 jab for rabies. Was reduced staff and had to come in the morning and the cost will be a bit more but to pay an extra £14 or $20 to be able to get the necessary jab is worth it in my mind as was the only place I could find that was open. All the signs in the hospital are in both Vietnamese as well as English so I can navigate myself round with ease too, but no need as I say I had a dedicated translator who collects you from the front reception and takes you to where you need to go. Free consultation with the doctor before, then pay for vaccines, then had the vaccine and was monitored for 30 mins to ensure no side effects and if all good you get to go home. Would definitely come back here for anything I need. As someone from the UK with the state of the NHS and wait times we could learn so much from the Vietnamese here. I would have been 6+ hours in A&E waiting to see a doctor. For all my vaccinations, stitches, follow up appointments I will pay about £200 this is skewed by the immunoglobulin which was about £150 alone as I needed 5 bottles of the stuff from my body weight and because it was a WHO category 3 bite with how deep it was. Take that one out, all the stitches, consultations, 5 separate doses of rabies vaccine and a tetanus booster for £50! I would rather pay that than go through the NHS for free and loose hours or days waiting to be seen. Well done Vietnam and thank you to all the lovely hospital staff here at the Vietnamese international hospital. Obviously as well they treat both local Vietnamese and international patients here.”

“This is the hospital where my baby was born and where we recently had to admit our little one again, and both experiences have been truly wonderful. Disclaimer: This is our own experience. The doctors are professional and reassuring, the nurses are attentive and caring, and the housekeeping staff are friendly and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the interpreters — from the moment we arrived to the time of discharge, they were consistently helpful, patient, and thorough. For us as foreigners, having that kind of support from start to finish made all the difference in feeling safe and confident throughout our entire stay. The hospital feels more like a hotel — beautifully maintained, calm, and comfortable. Even the shared rooms are of a high standard. The service and pricing are well-aligned, and every staff member makes sure you have everything you need. A couple of small suggestions: it would be great to have more solid food options for infants and toddlers on the menu, and a physical interpreter on duty at night for emergencies would be an added comfort. That said, their on-call interpreter service responds promptly, which we truly appreciate. We are grateful to have found a hospital we can fully trust, and we would highly recommend it — especially to fellow foreign families.”

“Worst in-patient experience ever. Our insurance company approved the payment and the hospital didn't even bother calling us. We had to run after the hospital because our insurance told us they already approved it and the accountants never even bothered to call us. We were waiting for hours thinking they were trying to help us.... We also asked the nurses to call the doctor because our baby girl was having some issues and they didn't come. We had to go call them again because they forgot about it... The only good part about this horrible experience are the nurses. Honestly just avoid this place if you're considering visiting a hospital. They also have some little insects like cockroaches waiting for you in the room..”
