“just got back from a manicure here. the staff had just cut my cuticles and now 3 of my nails are bleeding out. i told her that it was stinging and all she said was sorry and pat it dry with a q-tip. the application of the nail polish was also uneven. i was expecting a discount by the end of the session but i still had to pay full price. safe to say, im never coming back here again.”

“The worst nails I have had in my life. I have left the nails salon without the colour on because I will be taking them off. Nail technician charged me full price seeing how bad they are and how terrible I said they are. 3 hours of sitting just for that. It’s a joke of a nail salon or this Neil tech should be allowed to do nail extensions. Gaps between the tip and the natural nails were huge.. if left like that would have caused perfect place for green bacteria to develop, the shape of the nails were flat and were overfilled at the sides. I will contact the salon for reimbursement.”
