“Overpriced and honestly a very stressful experience during an actual emergency. My dog is only 2.5kgs and suddenly threw up more than 10 times within 10 minutes, so I rushed him here because it was the nearest hospital. The first thing I told them was that this was an emergency, but the nurse told me both doctors were busy and I would need to wait 40 minutes. For an emergency. What made it worse was that within 5 minutes, one of the consultation room doors opened and the patient inside was already done. Meanwhile, my dog threw up again right in front of them and I had to repeat multiple times that this was an emergency before the female staff finally went to speak to the doctor. Even before the doctor examined my pet, the same staff member came out and immediately said he needed to be put into an oxygen box. For what exactly? He was breathing perfectly fine and in good spirits, moreover the doctor hadn’t even looked at him yet. After finally meeting the doctor, it immediately felt like they just wanted to push every possible test — X-rays, additional procedures, medications — before even properly assessing what was actually wrong. What frustrated me most was that I was initially told ingestion treatment was necessary, but after I started pushing for alternative options because I genuinely did not feel confident in the hospital after the earlier experience, I was suddenly told that pills could also be given instead. Why weren’t all available treatment options explained properly from the beginning instead of only after I questioned it? When I politely said I wanted to reconsider first, she handed me a form to sign implying that I was refusing treatment and that the hospital would take no responsibility. Of course I signed it because at that point I just wanted to leave, but the whole experience felt extremely pressuring and unprofessional. Overall, not happy with the service at all.”

“Overpriced. They actually doesn’t speak English that well so definitely not for someone who doesn’t speak any Thai. The female staff literally tried to put all the tests possible on my pet, when I said I will rethink and reconsider, she offered up another medicine (which yesterday the dr said no need) and when I said no nicely, she gave me a form to sign that implies that I REFUSED to treat the pet and the hospital will not take any responsibility, of course I signed, but I’m definitely not happy with the service. She doesn’t give any advice or anything without putting it in her doctor fee cost (even though I did paid for it the day before and no one tells me what happened). The way they reply to the other reviews tells me enough about their education. Everyone please watch out, Thonglor pet hospital is much better and more respectful”
