I had the foot head and shoulder and my partner had thai full body and we both agree that the staff were amazing at what they do. Kim who did my massage has hands of gold! perfect pressure and I felt so so relaxed and well massaged! Will definitely be visiting more over the next 10 day! (most massage places are nice but they just rub oil on you- here you actually feel massaged)”

“Our experience was unfortunately ruined by one specific masseuse. All other staff members were kind, professional, and apologetic, and we want to make that very clear. However, the masseuse assigned to my husband behaved rude and dismissive. We booked an oil massage for 400 THB. When my husband politely asked for the massage to be just a little firmer (not strong, just not extremely soft), she reacted in a condescending and unprofessional way, making us feel uncomfortable. She then insisted that even slightly firmer pressure required booking a different service at almost double the price, which had not been explained beforehand. Her attitude completely destroyed the relaxing atmosphere. We stopped the massage after only about 5 minutes, yet we were still charged 200 THB. She did not apologize at all. After taking the money, she simply disappeared. Again, we would like to emphasize that all other employees were polite, helpful, and tried to calm the situation. Unfortunately, because of the behavior of this one staff member, we cannot recommend this place”

“I came in to have my gel polish removed and get a new set, but instead I left with my natural nails completely ruined. They were filed down far too much and are now extremely thin, red, and painful. This was very uncomfortable and disappointing, and I definitely would not recommend getting nails done at this place based on my experience.”
