“I visited the Ekkamai branch last Thursday. As a regular customer of Teppen Sathorn since 2024, I was quite disappointed with the experience I received on this occasion. During my visit, I ordered two dishes, and unfortunately both had issues. The first dish contained a hair. The service staff apologized and replaced it immediately. While disappointing, I understand that mistakes like this can occasionally happen. What concerned me much more was the second dish. Before placing my order, I clearly informed the staff and included a note stating that I have a severe allergy to shrimp and crab, which can potentially be life-threatening. However, when the dish arrived, I discovered chopped shrimp mixed into my seafood rice bowl. By the time I noticed it, I had already taken one or two bites. As a result, I was unable to continue eating the dish. I consider this a very serious mistake, as failing to properly acknowledge and communicate a guest’s food allergy can have severe consequences for their health and safety. That said, I would like to recognize and thank the service staff who promptly checked on my condition and sincerely apologized for the mistake. Their professionalism and concern were genuinely appreciated. I am writing this review not to blame any individual employee, but to encourage the restaurant to strengthen its procedures regarding allergy communication and order verification. This is not simply a matter of service quality it is a matter of customer safety. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to ensure that similar incidents do not happen to other guests in the future.”

“Good location, can walk from BTS Ekamai. First time to join Entertainment Restaurant. So the clients will get super fun experience. When I call to book the table, the staff will ask if any special event like Birthday or anniversary so they can support to give us Entertainment. Food menu is unique. The taste is good👍 . “Everything was so good, seafood is fresh and all came out pretty fast although the restaurant was packed. Personally the matcha dessert wasn’t really giving, the other custard cake was much better.”
