“Kozue is my #1 spot for omakase, especially because their atmosphere feels high-end yet cozy. my favorite has got to be their signature Smoked truffle Chutoro! such a great combination of textures and flavours🤤🍣 their yakult icecream is a fantastic and refreshing end to a great omakase lunch.”
“Although I thought all of the dishes were delicious, I personally like the seafood's unique flavours more, the marinade used in the majority of their dishes overpowers the flavour of the fish, this establishment has potential and might use some work. I loved the part when they let you choose your drinking glass for sake.”
“My first omakase experience in Cambodia, and this restaurant lives up to the hype! I heard a lot of positive reviews about it, and yes—they are that good! The food presentation is stunning, and the customer service has a personal touch.”
“An amazing omakase experience with complex, layered flavors at a price that is reasonable compared to other spots in Phnom Penh. It's clear that each course was meticulously crafted, creating a symphony for the tastebuds. However, I had some issues with the service. Due to the Gumball 3000 car derby event, major roads were closed, causing me to be late because of heavy traffic. Despite booking the last session for a party of four, and the fact that we were the only diners during this session, the staff repeatedly asked my friends—who had arrived earlier—if they wished to start without me. They had requested to wait, but it felt like the staff were rushing us to finish and leave. This rushed feeling somewhat marred an otherwise spectacular meal.”
“I don’t understand why omakase in Phnom Penh is usually overpriced, but definitely not this one. I went for the $89 set, and it tasted like $200! It way exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!”
