Khema International Hospital

“I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to Khema Hospital. While the staff were courteous, the overall service was very slow. The waiting time for registration, consultation, and services took much longer than expected. I hope the hospital can improve service efficiency to enhance patient experience in the future.”

“I made a query about receiving an ultrasound by Telegram and had a back and forth with someone in perfect English and was quite impressed. When I turned up there were two front of house staff who spoke no English and the two people they called to help were the same, so it was 'see doctor, see doctor'. I waited for 20 minutes but realised I'm still asking for basic/initial information and wasn't sure if I was signed up for a full consultation, so I left. I think the place might be OK if you can communicate online and turn up with it arranged, also there are two places and I went to the hospital, and so there might be a difference in the way they handle international patiaents... although the word 'international' is in the name! Overall, it's mixed and I'm not sure if I'd try again. I aknowledge many people seem to have a positive experience here. My advice is use Telegram first.”

“I had to undergo an unexpected surgery. This hospital is excellent: the doctors keep you informed, the nurses are just lovely, the rooms and public areas are clean and they will provide you with plenty of food and water.”
