“My favorite bar in Phnom Penh. Well, I only spent four days here. But I went here twice. Because the view is amazing. I‘m pretty sure you won’t find a better one. And the beer selection is very nice. They also serve food. But I came post dinner both times. What I saw looked nice though. Music is really cool and so is the vibe in general. And very nice attentive service.”
