“My wife and I visited the clinic on 25 Oct 2025 after trawling though the net for a reasonably priced clinic for cleaning and polishing. I am a retiree and was attracted to the clinc for its attractive price but in the end I was close to $1000 lighter in the pocket. Initially the clinic was very responsive to our inquiries. The cleaning was done without fuss as I don't have issue with my teeth. They offered to do the Xray for free and convinced me to do 6 fillings. Besides I thought they could not charge me an arm and a leg as they prize themselves as a reasonably priced clinic. These cavities were never mentioned by the previous dentists from 5 clinics on our 6-monthly/annual cleanings. They treated each filling as major at the tune of $150 each. I only realised this when we were presented the final bill at the reception. The whole filling process for 6 cavities took no more than 30mins in the treatment room. I was in shock and paid up as there were many other patients in the room. One of the fillings dropped out after 6 months. I had the 1 filling done at the government clinic today for $120. The process took about 45 minutes for the 1 filling.”

“Dr Gao was so meticulous and thoughtful throughout the entire process and tried her best to make me feel more comfortable/relax. The wisdom tooth surgery went very quickly, i felt no pain. I would be recommending Kim to more of my friends. Medisave fully deductible too. It was a last minute enquiry and its a female friendly environment, everyone’s female. A very cute Korean receptionist who was very helpful. Also gave me a blind box. They slotted me in for a same day xray consultation and surgery. I cant be more thankful for the recep and Doctor for taking me.”

“I had a very pleasant experience at Kim Dental for my dental implant procedure. The entire process was prompt and well-organized, and Dr. Huang took the time to explain every step clearly, which really put me at ease. The procedure itself was almost painless, and I felt well cared for throughout. I would definitely recommend Kim Dental to my friends and family.”

“Their $55 offer sounds attractive, but in reality, it feels far too good to be true. The entire experience felt rushed, as though the clinic was focused on pushing through as many customers as possible while heavily compromising on the quality of the dental scaling and polishing. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:27am, filled out the necessary first-time patient form, and was called in exactly at 10:30am. Shockingly, by 10:37am the procedure was already completed, and by 10:38am I had already made payment and left the clinic. I walked out feeling like my teeth had barely been touched or properly cleaned. While the scaling and polishing was done gently, it was definitely not thorough, especially considering the condition of my teeth and the extremely short amount of time spent on the procedure. A proper scaling and polishing should not feel this rushed and superficial. What also makes the reviews difficult to trust is how many of the positive reviews appear to be influenced by the clinic offering gifts or incentives in exchange for reviews. This creates the impression that the high ratings may not fully reflect the actual quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience felt more like a conveyor belt service focused on speed and volume rather than proper dental care. It was disappointing and honestly quite ridiculous for something that is supposed to involve detailed and careful cleaning.”
