“I do not recommend this place! An agent from this place (Jayden Tan) rented out my brand new renovated unit for a period of 1 year. Apparently he has worked with another agent (Vianne Chan) from Knight World Realty for this. Never disclosed to us as well. Anyway the tenant wasn’t a good pay master. However agent mentioned they want to leave 5 days before April rent was due (this was after 7 months). Problem was we received a series of conflicting updates. At one point we were informed that the tenant had vacated the unit, then shortly after that the tenant was still staying. The following day, we were told the tenant was “in the process” of leaving, with no confirmed date, and that even the status of the keys was uncertain due to lack of communication from the tenant. This lack of clarity and coordination caused unnecessary stress and concern for us regarding the condition and security of our property. A more responsible approach would have been to maintain transparency and ensure proper planning — including arranging a viewing of the unit prior to the tenant’s departure and clearly confirming when the unit had been vacated and keys were secured. Unfortunately, when we finally accessed the unit, we found it in an unacceptable condition. The unit, which is brand new and into which we invested over RM40,000 in renovations, after 8 months of renting has been left damaged and in a severely neglected state. It was covered in dirt, bathroom door stuck because they opened wrong way, there was a strong stench throughout, the refrigerator, floors were scratched and damaged, hood and hob were left in an extremely unsanitary condition, 4 dining chairs broken, brand new TV covered in oil and windows were left open with fans still running. One set of keys were missing too. The agents had keys but they never informed us that they did as well. This situation reflects a serious lapse in management and oversight. The company reimbursed the deep cleaning cost but the way they managed the whole situation was very poor! They are clearly chasing for sales not long term customer relationship management. Utterly disappointed, very irresponsible!!”
