“Nice rooftop terrace with good views. I did not eat, but had two cocktails, the Mojito was much too warm but the Blue Lagoon nice. Friendly staff. Cocktails were priced without VAT, which was a surprise. Please be aware you cannot see a sunset on the Mekong river as the sun sets at the opposite direction, but that holds true for all sites at the river. Just trying to avoid deceptions 🙃”
