“Big spacious Mall but basically all western vibes and stores. Nothing original or symbiotic of Hanoi or Vietnam. If you want all western things and prices for name brand stores then welcome back to the west fest. But outside that. Not much to return to unless you want to surround yourself of western brand stores whole in Hanoi.”

“Visited this mall on a Tuesday and it was not too crowded. The mall is large, clean, and easy to walk around with a bright white theme. There are many local and high-end brands including clothing, perfumes, shoes, and more. There are also many restaurants to choose from. Upstairs has a sky view area for photos, a cinema, and KidZania as well. Overall, a nice and modern mall to spend time walking around and shopping.”

“Very impressive mall. Very beautiful inside. Reminds me of Holt Renfrew back in Vancouver. This mall has every western name brand retail stores, makes you feel like you are not in Vietnam. Very classy and high end feel. Its great to he inside the mall as the air quality outside is pretty bad on Jan 3, 2026. Lots and lots of food here, that's what I like.”

“Visited Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi and was impressed by how modern and spacious the place is. The mall has a clean layout with a good mix of international brands, local shops, and plenty of dining options. The atmosphere feels vibrant yet comfortable, making it a nice spot to shop, relax, or just escape the heat. The view around West Lake adds a pleasant touch, especially in the evening. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Hanoi and looking for a stylish, all-in-one shopping destination.”

“First time to Hanoi and staying L7 , Lotte mall is easily accessible but mall itself is new but nothing special. I find the security are lacking because while I was walking to check out restaurants, a bunch of school students without any supervision were running chasing a ball and screaming that one of them bump hard onto me . Without any apologies they continued, it’s a mall not playground or their home . I think seriously they need to step up on that .”
