“I’ve been going to this spa every month and usually enjoy the experience, but recently I had a disappointing visit. The staff member assisting me kept burping during the session, which felt quite unprofessional and uncomfortable in a spa environment where customers expect cleanliness and relaxation. On top of that, the service felt a bit procrastinated and slow, like there wasn’t much attention being given to the customer experience. I still like the place overall, but I hope management can improve the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff because it really affects the atmosphere.”

“I am giving a two star due to the quality of Massages. The first visit I received an excellent Massage and I was very satisfied with the service. The second visit I was not impressed, it was like a different business. It felt as if it was intentionally bad and i left more angry than when i arrived as there was much confusion to who was available and who was not. I will give this location one more chance of course because my first visit was one of the best massages I received in the area for a great price. looking forward to changing my review in the future.”
